Shipping Information

Currently we only ship throughout Australia 

All our parcels are delivered by Toll Delivery.

We are currently using Toll Courier for standard delivery on parcels. We reserve the right to select and/or vary our freight charges. Our freight and handling fees do not include insurance and we will not be held responsible for any damage, destruction or loss of goods after departure from our premises. A quote can be found for delivery prices in the checkout section of buying a product by entering your postcode. We deliver within Australia only.

Timing of delivery

Onlineorders to be delivered within Australia should be received within ten business days. Regional orders will take longer and depend on the destination point. We will endeavour to deliver goods to you on the agreed delivery dates but we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase.

If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered there will be a card left at your door or mailbox telling you how you can collect your parcel during normal business hours.

Please inspect your parcel and its contents carefully on delivery, If you find any item Missing, Damaged or Incorrect please contact us within 48 hours at office@domestix.com.au or phone 03 9591 0333.
