Currently we only ship throughout Australia
All our parcels are delivered by Australia Post and its Contractors.
Whilst we take the utmost pride in packing all our Internet and Phone orders, sometimes accidents, delays or errors do occur.
If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered there will be a card left at your door or mailbox telling you how you can collect your parcel during normal business hours.
Please inspect your parcel and its contents carefully on delivery, If you find any item Missing, Damaged or Incorrect please contact us within 48 hours at brighton@domestix.com.au or phone 03 9591 0333.
The Current delivery window for normal sized parcels is 2 to 14 Business Days.
Postage Charges
Melbourne Metro Area: $7.00 for any size
All other areas –
Parcels up to 5kg: $10.00 or less
Parcels larger than 5kg: Postage is calculated at checkout
For large quantity orders, you will be contacted by Domestix Homewares with your final freight charges.
